Crispy Easy Keto Cottage Cheese Chips made with just a few ingredients. These baked chips are crunchy, flavorful, and perfect for a low-carb snack.

- 20 tablespoons cottage cheese (small curd for crispier chips)
- Small pinch garlic powder
- Small pinch onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Scoop small mounds of cottage cheese onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 1 inch apart
- Using the back of a spoon flatten each mound into thin patties about 1/8-inch thick
- Sprinkle garlic powder and onion powder evenly over the flattened cottage cheese
- Bake for 40–50 minutes until edges are dark brown and centers are golden and firm
- Remove from oven and allow the chips to cool completely on the baking sheet
- Once cooled the chips will crisp up and become crunchy
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3–4 days
Notes
Flatten the cottage cheese thinly for the crispiest chips. Smaller curd cottage cheese works best for texture. Chips will continue to crisp as they cool.
